Boston Logan has four passenger terminals: A, B, C, and E. Each terminal has its own designated limousine and livery pickup location. Knowing where to meet your driver before you arrive will help you avoid confusion and get on your way comfortably.

Below is our step-by-step guide to finding your NH Airport Service driver at Boston Logan Airport, including pickup directions and the major airlines operating at each terminal.

Turn your phone on. Your driver will contact you with pickup instructions.

Major airlines: Delta Air Lines,(domestic arrivals and departures) and WestJet (international arrivals and departures)

Where to meet your driver:

1. After landing, follow the signs to baggage claim on the Arrivals level.
   
2. Collect your luggage and exit through Door A102.
3. Cross the two traffic lanes toward the designated limousine pickup area.
4. Meet your NH Airport Service driver at the designated limo stand.

Major airlines: American Airlines, United Airlines, Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, Southwest Airline, Boutique Air and Spirit Airlines.

Where to meet your driver:

1. After collecting your luggage, follow the signs to the Departures level (Level 2).
2. Exit the terminal and look for the designated limousine pickup area.
3. Proceed to the outside curb between Doors B205 and B208, in the Terminal B horseshoe.
4. Meet your NH Airport Service driver at the designated limo stand.
   

Important: The limousine pickup location is on the upper Departures level, not the lower-level taxi or general ground transportation area. Follow the limousine pickup signs.

Major airlines: JetBlue Airways, Aer Lingus, Cape Air, and TAP Air Portugal (Departure)

Where to meet your driver:

1. Collect your luggage at the baggage claim area.
2. Follow the airport signs toward Central Parking and the pedestrian bridge.
3. Cross the skybridge into the Central Parking Garage.
4. Take the elevator to the Ground Level (Level G).
   
5. Meet your NH Airport Service driver at the designated limo stand.

Where to meet your driver:

After landing, proceed through U.S. Customs and Border Protection if required.

1. Pick up your bags at the baggage claim area located on the Arrival Level.
2. Pass through customs and step into the main terminal.
3. Contact your driver when you have cleared customs and are ready for pickup.
4. Exit through Door E107, make an immediate right, and follow the signs for "Limo."
5. Meet your NH Airport Service driver at the designated limo stand.

International arrivals may take additional time because of immigration, customs and baggage claim. We recommend allowing approximately one hour after your flight lands for these procedures, although actual wait times vary.
